Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of our spacious 80 m² vacation apartment. The location is unbeatable, just 100 meters from the university and in close proximity to a public swimming pool and park areas. Bayreuth city center is an easy 15-minute walk away. Our ground-floor apartment is located in a residential duplex and impresses with its stylish furnishings and all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The spacious bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), and two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed (180 × 200 cm) in the living room. A generous garden and a large terrace invite you to linger and relax. You are welcome to bring your dog, but we ask for prior registration due to an increased cleaning fee. Shops, bakeries, and a bus stop are within walking distance.
